As Head of Production at DDB I oversaw: The Kroger Company, Pepsi-Lipton Partnership (Lipton & Pure Leaf), Allergan, Merck, Novartis, Unilever, Ad Council, Johnson & Johnson, Mars Pet Care, Cotton Incorporated and more.

The what and how of what we make is continually evolving, but good ideas are constant.  And the opportunity to nurture, guide and impact ideas via the production process—whatever the content-- continues to be the most exciting part of the job for me. 

As Head of Production at DDB, I've worked on big and small brands, and with some truly inspiring creative talent. I've lead productions and large teams, as well as mentored talent across all mediums. And I've led collaborations with fashion designers, comedians, scientists and more. Figuring it out is the best part.

I’m proud to say that while at DDB. the production team contributed to consistent YOY growth in our internal production studios, driving revenue for the entire network. I’m passionate about finding production solutions that work, and I excel in developing scalable production models without compromising quality; and I thrive on exceeding expectations in the ever-evolving landscape of content creation and delivery.

The things that make me smile the most:

 People want to work with me. I'd be lying if I said that didn't make me feel good but primarily it lets me know I'm doing it right.  These same people have also told me that I'm smart, honest, funny and sometimes a bit scary.

Second, I've been highly effective at both motivating and mentoring people. Leading teams — internally and with external partners— to do great work for clients is what I love.

I've worked on all types of brands including retail, soft drinks, beer, food, packaged goods, automotive, healthcare and fashion & beauty.

My husband Rich and I live with our two dogs, Jinx and Punch, on the Upper West Side.
